Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit brings together Clinical Affairs, Engineering, and Research professionals to design and develop minimally invasive therapies that impact patient outcomes and quality of life. We’re working together to transform cardiovascular care and device development to address unmet patient needs in structural heart disease. Partner with all levels of Professional Education staff and other related functions across Edwards to develop and lead the execution of educational programs for health care providers and internal product trainings/sales trainings.

How you'll make an impact:
• Subject Matter Expert for areas of responsibility in both product/program expertise and procedural knowledge
• Create and manage all product and/or program related training documents and educational tools from program planning to execution
• Develop the strategy for the effective launch, management and execution of existing programs, related trainings and projects intended to maximize product/procedural outcomes

• Engage KOLs to develop content in support of best practices and current commercial product use

• Manage new hire onboarding product training

• Support new product launches
• Manage relationships with multiple vendors
• Measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources and programs through post-meeting survey instruments, PSR, clinical field feedback and KOL review and develop plan to address concerns
• Drive process improvement for operational efficiency. Measure effectiveness of training efforts
• Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree 8 years of previously related work experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required or

Master's degree with 6 years of previously related work experience or quivalent based on Edwards criteria Preferred
Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred

What else we look for (Preferred):
• Proven successful organizational and project management skills
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
• Extensive understanding of related aspects of marketing concepts and principles
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to strategic event planning
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory and AdvaMed requirements
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work effectively within a specific area with cross-functional team, marketing peers and leaders and managing needs and messaging to upper management
• Maintain a strong relationship with the regional sales team, clinical specialists, and training to ensure effective and optimal integration of efforts.
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $121,000 - $171,000 (highly experienced).
