About this Senior Product Manager role at Oxylabs

The Product team owns our core scraping API suite and is actively exploring new frontiers in the fast-moving AI landscape. As we expand, we are looking for Product Managers to join two distinct tracks: scaling our developer-loved API products for enterprise clients, or spearheading our 0-to-1 AI-native ventures. With the rapid evolution of data needs and AI capabilities, we are simultaneously growing our established enterprise offerings and building entirely new product categories from the ground up. Whether you are solving the technical complexities of scaling data infrastructure or navigating the ambiguity of early-stage AI innovation, this is your chance to drive Oxylabs' next wave of growth.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own the 0-to-1 AI journey: Define, prototype, and validate new AI-native product concepts, moving fast to discover where large language models and intelligent automation unlock genuine new value.
- Drive API excellence: Own the vision and roadmap for our core scraping API suite, balancing developer experience, data quality, and enterprise-grade scalability.
- Understand the customer deeply: Run structured discovery with enterprise buyers, data engineers, or early adopters to distinguish real customer problems from stated preferences.
- Partner with Engineering: Collaborate tightly with engineering teams to architect API solutions or design AI product experiences, shipping high-quality features at pace.
- Grow adoption & revenue: Track usage telemetry, expansion revenue, and technical metrics to make confident, evidence-based commercial decisions.
- Build internal conviction: Communicate clearly about uncertain bets, roadmap trade-offs, and market gaps to help leadership make confident decisions in a fast-changing environment.
Your skills & experience:
- Product Experience: 3+ years in product management, with a track record of building API-first/developer-facing B2B products OR meaningful experience in 0-to-1 early-stage product launches.
- Domain Fluency: Deep familiarity with the current AI landscape (LLMs, AI agents, RAGs, MCPs) OR strong technical comfort with REST APIs, web infrastructure, and data formats (JSON, HTML).
- Customer & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to connect technical product decisions to business outcomes, pricing, and revenue growth using data and telemetry.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Comfort operating with significant ambiguity, utilizing strong product intuition to make progress when there's no clear roadmap or established playbook.
- Communication: Excellent ability to write crisp specs, present convincingly to stakeholders, and explain complex technical or AI concepts to non-technical teams.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-native products (copilots, agents, AI search, intelligent data tools).
- Familiarity with web data, crawling infrastructure, or data extraction as a domain.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or within a new ventures / innovation team inside a larger company.
- Background working with ML teams on model evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI product QA.

Salary & Benefits:
Gross salary: 5000 - 7000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
