We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Platform, Billing & Pricing to drive the strategy, development, and evolution of our platform capabilities, with a strong focus on billing and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Execution
  • Define and evolve platform capabilities to support scalable product development and integration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust services, and infrastructure.
• Billing & Payments
  • Own the end-to-end billing experience, including invoicing, payment processing, and subscription management.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with global tax, billing, and payment regulations.
• Pricing & Monetization
  • Develop and iterate pricing models that align with customer value and business goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to launch pricing changes and promotions.
• Product Lifecycle Management
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize backlogs and manage roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or platform-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of billing systems, payment gateways, and pricing strategies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global billing and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of usage-based pricing and subscription models.
• Background in platform architecture or subscription product management.
