The team partners closely with brand GMs, marketing, engineering, design, finance, legal and other product stakeholders to improve the loyalty experience, drive clearer value for travelers, and increase outcomes such as active members, first transactions, repeat bookings, and direct return behavior for Expedia Group.

What you’ll do:

  • Apply AI/ML and rule-based contextualization and personalization to improve member relevance and business outcomes.

What success looks like

  • A clear cross-brand assurance strategy that connects loyalty benefits to repeat booking and member retention.

  • A prioritized roadmap that balances member value, commercial outcomes, and delivery feasibility.

  • Strong partnership with InsurTech that results in scalable, compliant, and brand-appropriate launches.

  • Measurable improvement in loyalty engagement, repeat purchase, and assurance adoption and usage.

  • Clear alignment across business and technical stakeholders throughout discovery and delivery.

Who you are

  • An experienced product leader with a track record of owning complex, technical, cross-functional products.

  • Strong at product vision, roadmap definition, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Comfortable operating across brands, geographies, and business models.

  • A clear communicator who can simplify sophisticated product and commercial concepts.

  • Data-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable making decisions in ambiguity.

  • Skilled at leading through influence and collaborating across functions without direct authority.

Minimum qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience leading complex product initiatives.

  • Experience leading highly technical consumer or platform products in a matrixed organization.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling products with multiple stakeholders and business constraints.

  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders.

  • Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with travel, fintech, insurance, loyalty, or marketplace products.

  • Experience working with partner-led product models and regulated or quasi-regulated offerings.

  • Experience with experimentation, personalization, segmentation, or behavioral analytics.

  • Ability to connect customer needs to measurable commercial and member outcomes.

  • Ability to lead through influence without direct authority.
