  • Product Ownership and Accountability: Lead products through their lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through implementation and optimization, while maintaining accountability for business outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and customer satisfaction.

  • Stakeholder Leadership and Influence: Build trusted relationships across business, operations, technology, and external partner teams to align priorities, facilitate decision-making, and achieve shared objectives.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate opportunities, measure success, assess trade-offs, and prioritize investments that deliver the greatest impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery, strategy, and business analysis efforts to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.

  • Evaluate and optimize end-to-end business processes, translating strategic objectives into scalable products, services, and capabilities.

  • Partner with business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders to align priorities and deliver business value.

  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic assessments, including build, buy, and partner evaluations.

  • Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from concept and planning through implementation and continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate executive and cross-functional discussions to drive alignment, decision-making, and action planning.

  • Support the expansion and enhancement of OneHome services, including skilled nursing facilities, home health, durable medical equipment (DME), and other post-acute care offerings.

  • Drive initiatives that improve member outcomes, provider experience, care coordination, and operational performance.
