About this Senior Product Designer role at Oxylabs

Oxylabs · Hybrid · Vilnius

The team waiting for you:

At Webshare, Product Design is part of the product decision-making process.
We expect Product, Design, and Engineering to work together from the beginning: understanding the problem, exploring possible solutions, challenging each other’s assumptions, and deciding what gives customers the best outcome.
You'll have:
- significant autonomy and ownership;
- access to real behavioural and commercial data;
- an active experimentation culture;
- technically interesting product problems;
- direct influence over how Webshare evolves;
- the opportunity to establish stronger Product Design practices as the team grows.

We value designers who are curious about why users behave the way they do, comfortable working with data and experimentation, and interested in understanding how the product actually works underneath the interface.
The goal isn’t just to make Webshare look better. It’s to make a technically complex product feel substantially easier to understand, buy, configure, and use.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own the end-to-end product experience across meaningful areas like onboarding, activation, proxy setup, and usage analytics.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers from the problem-definition stage to frame ambiguous problems, explore multiple approaches, and shape what is built.
  • Conduct continuous discovery, prototype early concepts, and validate design directions through research before execution.
  • Design meaningful product experiments and A/B tests, interpreting behavioral data to inform and iterate on future product decisions.
  • Map the complete customer journey to identify friction points and translate complex technical mechanics into accessible, user-friendly experiences.
  • Contribute to our design system and elevate team-wide product thinking through strong design rationale, evidence-based methodologies, and collaborative critiques.
  • Your skills & experience:

  • Strong Product Design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of meaningful digital products or product areas.
  • Strong product thinking and an evidence-based approach, combining business goals, customer needs, technical constraints, and behavioral data to drive design decisions.
  • Exceptional interaction and information-design skills, specifically for translating complex settings, configurations, or data into clear interfaces.
  • High comfort level with ambiguity, capable of independently navigating from problem definition through delivery, measurement, and post-launch iteration.
  • A low-ego, pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to articulate, defend, and adapt design decisions based on real-world evidence.
  • Nice to have:

  • Experience designing B2C SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, data, API-based, or other technically complex products.
  • Experience designing self-service products where users need to understand and configure technically complex functionality without relying on Sales or Support.
  • Experience with pricing, packaging, checkout, subscription management, upgrades, or monetisation flows.
  • Strong data and information-visualisation skills, including dashboards, usage analytics, performance metrics, or reporting.
  • Experience running or designing A/B tests and product experiments.
  • Salary & Benefits:

  • Gross salary: 3100 - 5500 eur/gross + quarterly KPI-based performance bonus. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
  • Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.
  • Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.
  • Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.
  • Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need. See the full list of benefits here:
