- Ensure end‑to‑end quality and compliance across operational processes
- Identify risks early and prevent repeat defects
- Strengthen controls through data‑driven insights
- Support audit readiness and process stability
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance, Audit, or Controls
- Hands‑on expertise in Quality Reviews, RCA & CAPA
- Solid understanding of SOPs, risk, compliance, and controls
- High attention to detail with analytical mindset
- Ability to collaborate and challenge constructively
How Would You Stand Out?
- Proven success in reducing error and rework rates
- Experience managing quality dashboards and audit trackers
- Exposure to process transitions, SOP validations, or control testing
- Certifications like Six Sigma / Quality Frameworks
- Proactive mindset toward continuous improvement
