Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex children's social work cases
- Complete assessments, planning and interventions to safeguard children
- Support and mentor less experienced social workers
- Work alongside managers to drive high-quality practice across the team
For This Role You Will Need
- Social Work qualification and SWE registration
- Successful completion of ASYE
- Experience within statutory Children's Services
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
