Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment, production and material planning to meet customer demand, ensuring planning alignment from customer order through production to shipment, while improving planning accuracy, inventory performance and operational efficiency through data analysis and automation tools. 负责客户订单履约、生产计划及物料计划的端到端管理，确保从客户订单、生产到发货全过程的计划协同，满足客户需求，并通过数据分析和自动化工具持续提升计划准确性、库存绩效及运营效率

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities基本工作职能及责任:

• Production & Material Planning

生产与物料计划

• Develop and execute production plans

制定并执行生产计划

• Manage MRP and ensure data accuracy

管理MRP并确保数据准确

• Balance inventory, cost, and service level

平衡库存、成本与服务水平

•  Coordinate and monitor dual-source materials to support production continuity

协调和跟踪双供应商物料，保障生产连续性

• Cross-functional Collaboration

跨部门协同

• Manage customer orders and drive end-to-end order fulfillment.

负责客户订单管理，推动端到端订单履约

• Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, customers

与采购、制造部门、客户协同

• Track material status and adjust plans

跟踪物料并调整计划

• Coordinate and monitor S&OP process for ensuring effectiveness and alignment of revenue & demand plans

协调和监督S&OP过程，确保收入和需求计划的有效性和一致性

• Support NPI/NPT launch

支持新产品导入的启动

• Digitalization & AI

数字化与AI

• Use data tools (Excel/Python/BI) to improve planning

利用数据工具提升计划能力

• Apply AI for forecasting and optimization

应用AI进行预测和优化

• Drive automation (reports, alerts)

推动流程自动化（报表/预警）

• Support ERP/MES optimization

支持ERP/MES系统优化

Educational Qualifications学历:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Computer or related fields

本科及以上学历，机械/电子/自动化/计算机/供应链等相关专业

Experience Qualifications and Skills 经验资历和技能要求:

• 3-5 years’ experience in production planning or Supply Chain in a multinational company.

3-5年跨国公司生产计划或者供应链工作经验

• Laboratory equipment manufacturing or related industries background is preferred

具有实验室设备制造行业或相关行业背景者优先

• Familiar with ERP or MRP system. Knowledge of SAP system is preferred

熟悉ERP或MRP系统（优先SAP）

• Data analysis skills (Excel/Python/BI)

具备数据分析能力（Excel/Python/BI）

• AI/automation experience preferred

有AI/自动化经验优先

• Strong interpersonal skills with cross functional team

良好的跨职能团队人际交往能力

• Fluent English both in written and oral

流利的英语书面和口头表达能力

• Able to deal with complicated work under pressure.

能够在压力下处理复杂的工作。

Key Metrics关键指标:

On-time Delivery / Inventory DOS / Revenue/PPI projects（2/year）

按时交付率 / 库存及库存周转率 / 营收/改善项目数量（2个/年）
