You’ll work closely with channel sales, strategic partners, distributors, technology alliances, and agents to build integrated go-to-market programs that help partners uncover opportunities, generate demand, and win customers. Your work will grow partner-led pipeline, deepen reseller engagement, and contribute to revenue growth.
You’ll bring channel marketing expertise, demand generation experience, and an understanding of B2B telecommunications, cloud communications, networking, or managed services to turn partner and market insights into effective campaigns and practical sales resources.
What You’ll Do:

- Build annual and quarterly partner marketing plans that support Ooma’s revenue and growth priorities.
- Work with channel sales leaders to identify opportunities across partner segments, industries, and customer needs.
- Develop messaging and value propositions that help partners explain Ooma’s solutions and sell with confidence.
- Create integrated demand generation campaigns across email, digital channels, webinars, events, and content syndication, tailored to enterprise and mid-market buyers.
- Launch repeatable reseller marketing programs and ready-to-use campaign kits that increase partner participation and generate pipeline.
- Equip partners with practical sales resources, including playbooks, competitive battle cards, solution briefs, and presentations.
- Support partner onboarding, training, and certification to improve readiness, engagement, and use of marketing resources.
- Manage market development funds (MDF) and co-op marketing investments, refining spending based on partner participation, pipeline, and revenue.
- Establish reporting and attribution that connect marketing investment to partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Bring partner feedback into cross-functional planning and align channel sales, marketing, and product teams around shared priorities.
- Use AI tools to support marketing activities and improve efficiency.
Experience We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience, including 5 years in partner, channel, alliance, or field marketing.
- Demonstrated success generating partner-sourced pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models, including distributors, agents, VARs, MSPs, consultants, and strategic alliances.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, lead cross-functional initiatives, and move programs from planning through execution.
- Proficiency in measuring marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations and results confidently to executives.
- Experience in telecommunications, UCaaS, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or a related technology industry is a plus.
