Lead client-facing meetings and performance reviews, presenting campaign results, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and media partners, acting as a trusted advisor on paid media performance.
Collaborate with local and international teams, including Media Strategy and Client Management, to ensure effective campaign execution.
Oversee client-facing reports and presentations, ensuring clear communication of campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Monitor campaign budgets, media efficiency, and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and effective allocation of media investment.
Share best practices and provide guidance to paid media practitioners while staying up to date with industry trends, platform developments, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media management, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads, particularly Performance Max and Search, including campaign optimization, performance analysis, and budget management.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations and measurable results.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, confidently presenting results, leading performance discussions, and providing strategic recommendations.
Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, CPC, conversions, and other relevant business metrics.
Knowledge of other paid media platforms, including DV360, CM360, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
Google Ads certifications, particularly in Search, and familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
Experience working with clients in the automotive industry or other fast-paced, performance-driven environments is a plus.
