Job Description:

This job is responsible for supporting Consumer Lending Business Unit through proactive operational oversight, operational change development & deployment and continual process improvement. Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic guidance to develop and analyze procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activities
  • Evaluates efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement and growth to the overall process, identifying data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
  • Aligns bank priorities and strategies to employee metrics and goals and provides interventions as needed to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance to support an inclusive work environment.
  • Leads and ensures teams adhere to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that impact various operations and product lines.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 Years Change Management Experience
  • Medium to Advanced Excel Proficiency  
  • Medium to Advanced Power Point Proficiency
  • Advanced Communication Proficiency

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years Home Lending Support or Execution Experience
  • Six Sigma Yellow to Black Belt
  • Scaled Agile Framework Certified

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$72,500.00 - $105,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
