職務内容
• 小売店舗、アウトレット、およびEコマースチャネル全体のすべての部門（靴、皮製品、その他アクセサリー）に対するビジネスの売上、在庫、割引の目標を推進する
• 季節ごとのバイイングキャンペーン前にトップラインの日本季節ごとのOTB（Open To Buy）戦略を決定する
• 週次/月次の報告パックを作成し、主要な調査結果を広範なチームと関係者に提示する
• 季節ごとの購入商品の適時な納品を確保するために入荷プロセスを監視し、特別なイベント/カプセルコレクション/新店舗オープニングの納品ニーズを管理する
• 端末在庫の位置が会社の目標と一致するように、マークダウン、プロモーション、価格戦略を管理する
• 年次の売上および割引予算の設定をサポートし、四半期ごとの再予測を管理する
• 季節ごとのレンジプランを作成するためのローリング在庫予測を管理し、各製品カテゴリーと店舗ごとのオプションおよび購入深度要件を定義する
• 月次の再発注提案を行うために売上と在庫レベルを監視する
要件
• 大学卒業または同等の経験レベル
• 流暢な英語
• 上級レベルのExcelおよびMicrosoft Officeスキル
• 優れた組織力と厳しい締め切りに対応できる能力
• プロセスとデータに基づいたアプローチで、データベースのメンテナンスに積極的な姿勢
• 高度に発展した実績のある分析スキル
