(Senior) Medical Science Liaison (m/w/d) Uro-Onkologie- Region Nord-West (Hamburg - Flensburg - Hannover)


In Voll- oder Teilzeit (80%)

 

Ziel der Rolle:

Sie agieren als wissenschaftliche(r) Experte:in für Prostatakarzinom in Ihrer zugewiesenen Region und sind verantwortlich für die Implementierung des Medical Affairs Produkt‑ und Indikationsplans sowie den Aufbau und die Pflege wissenschaftlicher Partnerschaften.


Tätigkeitsprofil:

  • Sie führen proaktiven und reaktiven wissenschaftlichen Austausch mit externen Experten aus Klinik und Forschung (HCP‑Anfragen) und kommunizieren dabei unter anderem in‑Label Produktdaten, diskutieren das klinische Studienprogramm sowie wissenschaftliche Informationen zu Produkten und Indikationen in Entwicklung.
  • Sie setzen den zentral verabschiedeten Medical Plan in Ihrer Region um, koordinieren indikationsspezifische Themen sowie Abstimmungen mit medizinischen Innendienst-Funktionen und holen Antworten und Kerninformationen der Indikation ein.
  • Sie erlangen strategische Kenntnisse über Therapiealgorithmen, wissenschaftliche Aktivitäten und Entwicklungen in den Kernindikationen und tragen zur Identifikation offener Kernfragen, Data Gaps und Medical Needs bei, die die Basis für die Entwicklung von zukünftigen patientenzentrierten Lösungen bilden.
  • Proaktiv unterstützen Sie die Erarbeitung und Implementierung medizinischer Strategien.
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit Global Clinical Operations (GCO) identifizieren Sie potenzielle Studienzentren, bauen tragfähige Partnerschaften zu Studienzentren auf und unterstützen bei der Auswahl von Studienzentren und Studienärzten, bei der Aufsetzung, Planung und Umsetzung von interventionellen sowie nicht‑interventionellen Studien. Dazu gehören Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Investigator Meetings sowie die Präsentation von Studienergebnissen als Partner von GCO.
  • Sie identifizieren Bedarf für überregionale und regionale Medical Education Aktivitäten, planen diese inhaltlich und führen sie durch, partizipieren an wissenschaftlichen Diskussionen mit Referenten und halten auf Einladung des wissenschaftlichen Beirates eigene Vorträge.
  • Sie repräsentieren das Unternehmen wissenschaftlich exzellent auf nationalen und internationalen Kongressen, Investigator Meetings und Medical Education Events und unterstützen organisatorisch Advisory Board Meetings.
  • Weiterhin bauen Sie ein Key Opinion Leader Netzwerk auf und aus, engagieren sich in Fachgesellschaften und gesundheitspolitischen Organisationen und gestalten so das gesundheitspolitische Umfeld in medizinisch‑wissenschaftlicher Partnerschaft auf Augenhöhe.
  • Sie bewerten und bereiten aktuelle medizinisch‑wissenschaftliche Informationen aus der Fachliteratur auf, unter Berücksichtigung regionaler Bedarfe und der zentralen Strategie.

 

Qualifikationen und Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Medizin, Naturwissenschaften oder Pharmazie; Promotion bevorzugt.
  • Ausreichende wissenschaftliche Erfahrung im humanmedizinisch‑klinischen Kontext, bevorzugt mit Erfahrung in der Uro-Onkologie und speziell im Bereich Prostatakarzinom
  •  Alternativ wären Erfahrungen in der Tätigkeit als MSL oder in anderen medizinischen Funktionen von Vorteil.
  • „Hands‑on‑Mentalität“, Belastbarkeit und professionelles Auftreten auch in ungewohnten oder anspruchsvollen klinischen Situationen werden vorausgesetzt.
  • Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, Erfahrung in der Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams sowie ein kollaboratives Mindset.
  • Exzellente Kommunikations‑ und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft und die Fähigkeit, autonom in der Region zu arbeiten, werden vorausgesetzt.

Weitere wünschenswerte Kompetenzen:

  • Erfahrung in klinischer Studienplanung und im Investigator‑Engagement
  • Ein bestehendes Netzwerk in Fachgesellschaften und zu KOLs im Bereich Uro‑Onkologie beziehungsweise Prostatakarzinom
  • Erfahrung in Medical Education, Advisory Boards, Kongress- und Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse der aktuellen Therapielandschaft und relevanter Versorgungspfade beim Prostatakarzinom sind von Vorteil

€67,500.00 - €106,835.00
