Key Responsibilities
- Preventive & Reactive Maintenance: Developing schedules to prevent failures and quickly fixing machinery when breakdowns occur.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing equipment failures using specific technical tools.
- Plan Development: Creating maintenance strategies, updating procedures, and managing equipment upgrades.
- Resource Management: Ordering spare parts, controlling maintenance budgets, and managing contractor work.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all equipment meets safety regulations and operational standards.
- Team Leadership: Coordinating, training, and supervising technicians or operators in utilizing equipment.
