Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories provides complete power system protection, control, monitoring, automation, security and integration for utilities and industries worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Program Manager to be based in our Manama, Bahrain office.

As a Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the principal marketing liaison to SEL’s IMEA region, leading the development and execution of marketing programs and campaigns that support regional growth, with close coordination and alignment with regional leadership.

  • Ideate, launch, and scale multi-channel campaigns, messaging, and marketing activities that advance regional objectives.

  • Identify market trends and opportunities through analysis of marketing performance and engagement data.

  • Develop detailed reporting on marketing activities and campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign results.

  • Lead ongoing alignment of the regional marketing program with corporate, division, department, and stakeholder priorities.

  • Collaborate closely with teams across Content Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing, Events & Customer Education, and Technical Marketing.

This job might be for you if you have a:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, along with 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 6 years leading a regional marketing strategy within a global organization.

  • Proven track record experience designing and executing field and revenue marketing strategies that advance regional sales objectives and support organizational priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across cultural, organizational, and global boundaries.

  • High level of skill at approaching challenges systemically and navigating ambiguity to deliver clear, strategic solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources and present it clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in marketing, business, or economics

  • Marketing experience in the electric utility, energy, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering industries.
