This role will lead marketing strategies for the priorities and client opportunities that extend across the Personal Wealth division. You will bring a broad perspective to signature client moments and seasonal needs, such as retirement, inheritance, tax season, and year-end planning, creating shared strategic foundations that can adapt to individual audiences.

You will also lead the B2C strategy of enterprise-wide campaigns, including major brand and business moments. The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategist, passionate about client insights, and integrator who can identify common opportunities, establish a unifying direction, and mobilize teams across a highly matrixed organization to bring that strategy to market.

What You'll Own

Cross-Cutting Client Strategies

• Develop division-wide marketing strategies for signature client moments, life events, and seasonal needs that have relevance across multiple segments and offers.
• Identify common client needs and strategic opportunities across segment and product plans, creating stronger, more connected approaches.
• Establish the shared strategic foundation, audience framework, narrative, priorities, and activation principles that teams can adapt to the needs of their respective clients.

Enterprise Campaign Leadership

• Lead the marketing strategy and campaign development for enterprise priorities that span the full client base.
• Translate broad brand and business priorities into clear client objectives, campaign platforms, integrated plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as the central marketing lead for these initiatives, aligning Brand, PR, Strategic Communications, segment and product marketing, channels, and business subject-matter experts.

What You Bring

• Minimum eight years demonstrated experience in direct-to-consumer marketing strategy or product marketing.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing strategy, enterprise campaigns, or cross-portfolio initiatives in a complex organization.
• A strong ability to recognize shared opportunities across distinct audiences and business priorities, then translate them into a unifying strategy.
• Experience moving from broad enterprise objectives to actionable campaign platforms and executional direction.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, orchestrate work across multiple teams, and create clarity in areas without a single natural owner.
• Executive-ready communication skills and confidence advising senior leaders.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience using experimentation, marketing analytics, and performance measurement to optimize results.
