About the Role : Razorpay is looking for a Senior Manager, Social Media Marketing to own and scale our presence on X/Twitter.You will be responsible for developing Razorpay’s X/Twitter strategy, building a strong brand voice, creating engaging content, growing the audience, and increasing meaningful conversations around the brand.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience scaling a brand, founder, company, or community account on X/Twitter. Experience creating or managing technology-focused content will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Razorpay’s X/Twitter strategy and content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, threads, campaigns, polls, visuals, and short-form videos.
- Build and maintain a distinct, consistent, and relevant brand voice.
- Identify trends, conversations, and cultural moments relevant to Razorpay.
- Grow followers, reach, engagement, and overall visibility on X/Twitter.
- Work with internal teams, leadership, creators, agencies, and external partners to develop content.
- Build campaigns around Razorpay’s brand, products, people, events, and initiatives.
- Engage with relevant communities, creators, influencers, and industry voices.
- Monitor conversations and manage the brand’s presence on the platform.
- Track performance metrics and use insights to improve content and audience growth.
What We Are Looking For :
- 6–10 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content, or brand marketing.
- Proven experience growing and scaling a brand, founder, company, or community account on X/Twitter.
- Strong understanding of X/Twitter content formats, trends, algorithms, and audience behaviour.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of internet culture and what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, creators, influencers, and agencies.
- Ability to use data and analytics to improve content performance.
- Experience creating technology, fintech, startup, or business-focused content is a plus.
- High ownership, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
