About the Role

• Responsible for leading the strategic direction, governance, and continuous enhancement of the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platform globally.
• This role acts as the bridge between business planning teams, IT, and external partners to ensure SAP IBP capabilities effectively support business objectives and end-to-end planning processes.
• The position drives system optimization, roadmap development, transformation initiatives, process standardization, and user adoption while ensuring platform stability, data integrity, and operational excellence across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP/IBP, and Analytics.
• Define and maintain the SAP IBP product roadmap aligned with business strategy and planning maturity objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks for system enhancements, change requests, prioritization, and release management.
• Drive alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and executive leadership.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new SAP IBP capabilities and innovations.
• Own the end-to-end SAP IBP solution landscape, including planning models, master data design, integrations, and analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning effectiveness, automation, process efficiency, and user productivity.
• Ensure continuous optimization of planning algorithms, key figures, alerts, workflows, and planning processes.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Market Planning teams to understand evolving business requirements.
• Manage business requirements, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Drive data governance standards and improve master data quality.
• Develop and execute SAP IBP training and capability-building programs.
• Build a strong CoE culture focused on service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a team of SAP IBP functional experts, product owners, analysts, and system specialists.
• Establish performance objectives and development plans for team members.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, SAP IBP, Planning Transformation, or Enterprise Systems.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing planning systems, CoE functions, or transformation teams.
• Proven experience delivering SAP IBP implementations and large-scale planning transformation programs.
