The Pratt & Whitney Digital Technology Product Management organization has an exciting remote opportunity for a Senior Manager, Product Owner.

What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our DT team and help drive value delivery for critical digital products supporting engineering, operations, and business functions.

The Product Owner (PO) serves as the customer advocate and value owner for one or more digital products.

In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, DT agile teams, and enterprise architecture to define the product vision, maintain the backlog, and ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery aligned to Pratt & Whitney goals.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, an agile mindset, and demonstrated experience delivering digital capabilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision, roadmap, and success measures in alignment with DT strategy, functional priorities, and enterprise architecture standards.

- Serve as the primary business representative for the DT agile team, ensuring customer needs and priorities are well understood and clearly communicated.

- Own and manage the product backlog, including development of epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

- Partner with Scrum Masters, Developers, Architects, and Functional SMEs to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and high‑quality delivery.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other business functions to gather requirements, validate user needs, and align solutions to business processes.

- Ensure products comply with DT governance, cybersecurity requirements, cloud and data platform standards, and regulatory considerations.

- Lead product demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure transparency and continuous feedback.

- Monitor product health, adoption, and performance using established metrics; identify opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement.

- Support deployment planning, change management, and user enablement activities to facilitate successful release adoption.

- Demonstrate CORE behaviors and use CORE tools to drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications You Must Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or a related field with 10+ years of applicable work experience; OR an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of applicable work experience.

- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Digital Technology, or related IT roles.

- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe).

- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and clear user stories.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively across matrixed teams.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization skills.

Qualifications We Prefer:

- Experience supporting digital products in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries.

- Familiarity with P&W enterprise systems or functional processes.

- Certification such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or similar.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), enterprise applications (SAP, PLM, MES), or analytics/data technologies.

- Experience with ACE, CORE, or continuous improvement methodologies.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
