OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Own workflow design and process optimization

• Map and standardize end-to-end campaign and revenue workflow
• Identify inefficiencies and reduce manual work
• Drive consistency across teams and processes

Lead tooling, platforms, and automation

• Own CRM (Salesforce), OMS, and inventory management systems
• Build automation across planning, trafficking, and reporting workflows
• Partner with engineering on integrations and system scalability

Ensure data integrity and governance

• Establish single source of truth across systems and reporting
• Define data governance and standardization practices
• Build reporting frameworks to track efficiency and operational performance

Developing Talent and Teammate Engagement

• Build effective cross-functional working teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals by establishing common objectives and a shared mindset.
• Develops talent through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments in order to meet their own career goals as well as the organization’s priorities
• Partner with department leadership to establish strategic staffing and succession plans; successfully deliver on proposed staffing objectives.
• Drive engagement by creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives; focus on voice of teammate data (e.g., Engagement & Pulse results), partnering with organization leadership to drive necessary changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related subject
• 7-10 years experience in ad operations, revenue operations, or marketing technology. Strong experience with CRM systems, OMS, workflow automation, and data systems with a focus on scaling operations and reducing manual processes.
• ​eCommerce Experience
• Retail Media Network Experience
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
• Experience with adobe analytics or comparable web analytics system
• Experience with CRM and OMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Operative)
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong operational and systems thinking; expertise in workflow optimization, automation, and data governance; ability to drive cross-functional alignment and scale processes.
