About this Senior Manager, Marketing Operations role at Restaurant365

Restaurant365 · Hybrid · Irvine, CA, Austin, TX, San Francisco Bay Area, CA, Denver, CO

Restaurant365 is transforming how restaurants run their businesses. Today, we help more than 50,000 restaurant locations manage their finances, operations, and people. As AI changes what's possible, we're reimagining how restaurant back offices operate—automating routine work, helping teams make better decisions, and giving restaurant leaders more time to focus on growing their businesses.

We're transforming how we work, too. AI is changing how we build products, solve problems, and deliver results for our customers. We're embracing new ways of working, moving faster, and creating opportunities for our people to make a greater impact.

At Restaurant365, our culture is built on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We believe in challenging ourselves, learning every day, and working together to achieve great results. We're looking for people who are curious, take initiative, and want to grow while helping shape the future of an industry.

We are looking for an AI-forward leader to lead Marketing Operations at Restaurant365. This person runs the systems, data, and processes behind our demand generation engine and owns lead flow from first touch to sales handoff. That includes HubSpot and Salesforce administration, scoring and routing, campaign tracking, and the reporting marketing leadership uses to make budget and program decisions. You will set the direction for how the MOPs team uses AI, build the agents and automated workflows yourself, and train the team to build and run them. You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations, work daily with Demand Generation leadership, and coordinate with Sales, Sales Development, Customer Support, and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop Marketing Operations team members, setting clear priorities, coaching performance, and ensuring timely delivery of operational initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack Hubspot, Salesforce, LeanData, Allgood, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Qualified, Active.ly), using automation and AI capabilities to improve workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, reporting, and data quality.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to implement and maintain consistent definitions and reporting for lead scoring, campaign attribution, funnel efficiency, and conversion benchmarks.
  • Improve cross-functional processes and reporting standards across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to reduce friction and provide reliable, actionable insights.
  • Maintain marketing attribution and reporting frameworks, including multi-touch attribution, campaign ROI analysis, and dashboards that demonstrate marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead marketing automation platform implementations and migrations, including HubSpot, overseeing data migration, CRM integrations, workflow configuration, lead scoring, campaign operations, testing, and user adoption.
  • Own HubSpot as the marketing automation platform and keep it in sync with Salesforce. This covers lead scoring, lifecycle stages, forms, nurture programs, and data quality.
  • Coordinate implementation and ongoing optimization of the Partner Relationship Manager in Salesforce, including process documentation, stakeholder training, and adoption tracking.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead management, routing, conversion, and SLAs through process enhancements and workflow automation.
  • Manage marketing technology vendors and support platform evaluations, integrations, and data governance; recommend improvements and investments to Revenue Operations leadership.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to support revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring marketing performance data is accurate and useful for decision-making.
  • Lead and develop the Marketing Operations team. Decide where AI replaces manual work in lead management, reporting, and campaign operations, and train the team to build, test, and maintain those workflows.
  • Own campaign tracking, including UTM standards, campaign hierarchy in Salesforce, lead source capture, and offline conversion events to paid platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Support XDR/SDR operations, including lead routing, SLAs, and outbound performance reporting.
  • Travel nationally, at least 15% of the time.
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields, including 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
  • Experience coaching team members and coordinating cross-functional work in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on marketing analytics experience, including translating complex data into actionable reporting and recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM tools and APIs, connectors such as MCP, and automation platforms such as Zapier or n8n.
  • Hands-on HubSpot administration. Experience migrating from another marketing automation platform is a plus.
  • Has built and shipped AI agents or LLM workflows in a go-to-market setting. Be ready to walk us through one: what it replaced and how you measured it.
  • Experience supporting XDR/SDR operations, including lead routing, SLAs, and outbound performance reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, marketing attribution tools (such as Marketo Measure), and data orchestration platforms.
  • Solid understanding of lead management, funnel performance, and B2B revenue cycles.
  • Ability to implement scalable processes and measure their operational and business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, including building dashboards, reports, and performance models.
  • Experience coordinating vendor relationships, platform evaluations, and system integrations.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management.
  • Preferred

  • Experience migrating from another marketing automation platform to HubSpot.
  • Experience with Clay or similar AI-powered GTM data enrichment and workflow automation platforms, including evaluating use cases, supporting implementation, and driving adoption.
  • Experience with partner or channel programs and a Partner Relationship Manager in Salesforce.
  • AI Fluency

  • Drives AI adoption to improve team quality, speed, and focus, and shares outcomes with partners and leadership, for example through AI-assisted enrichment, list building, automated campaign and funnel reporting using approved tools such as Glean and Claude.

  • This role is hybrid, balancing flexibility with the value of in-person collaboration. To support connection, partnership, and team effectiveness, employees are expected to work onsite each Tuesday and Wednesday.
