The wealth management business comprises three distinct brands in addition to Perpetual Private - Fordham, Jacaranda Financial Planning and Priority Life - providing a differentiated suite of wealth management, advice, investment management and product promotion services. Through these brands, we support clients with strategic financial advice, superannuation and retirement planning, investment solutions, insurance, tax-effective wealth structuring, estate and succession planning, aged care advice, social security support and philanthropic initiatives. As both an investment manager and product promoter, we design, oversee and distribute investment solutions to help clients achieve their financial objectives. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and Indigenous communities across Australia.

As part of an exciting new chapter, Perpetual Wealth will soon become a standalone business as part of the recently announced acquisition by Bain Capital. This creates a unique opportunity to join a business focused on growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

    About Perpetual

In 1885, a committee of business and professional people, including future Prime Minister, the Honourable Sir Edmund Barton, gathered in Sydney for the purpose of forming a trustee company. Perpetual Trustee Company Limited was formed on 28 September 1886 and since then has been entrusted by generations of Australians to manage, grow and protect their wealth. Through wars, recessions and financial crises, we have continually evolved to meet the challenges of constant social, technological and economic change. Our core values and financial principles have endured through time and will continue to endure.
