CureMD is seeking a Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to lead strategic digital initiatives aimed at expanding our online presence, generating high-quality leads, and strengthening brand recognition globally. In this senior leadership role, you will develop, oversee, and scale CureMD’s digital marketing operations, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. Your expertise across SEO, content strategy, performance marketing, email automation, and social media will be key in driving innovation, measurable impact, and long-term growth.

As a senior member of the marketing team, you will mentor cross-functional teams, influence strategic decision-making, and serve as a key point of contact between marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a forward-thinking, data-driven digital marketing strategy to significantly boost online traffic, increase conversion rates, and elevate brand visibility.
• Oversee performance-driven campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social platforms, and content.
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of marketing professionals while fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent brand messaging across digital initiatives.
• Drive full-funnel campaign strategies—from ideation to execution—optimizing both organic and paid media across platforms to maximize ROI.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and AI-driven marketing solutions for data-backed decision-making.
• Spearhead content strategy and brand storytelling efforts to ensure a strong digital voice that resonates with target audiences and builds trust.
• Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure CureMD’s digital presence remains cutting-edge and impactful.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta) preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in leading high-performing marketing teams and scaling digital growth initiatives.
• Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, campaign management, email automation, and brand development.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics, GA4, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong project leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive complex, multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution.
