About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant - Strategy & Enablement Leader who will lead Strategy and Enablement.  This person will serve as a senior member of the Chief Operating Office (COO) Technology group's Transformation Office and is responsible for defining, integrating, and operationalizing the enterprise transformation agenda across COO Technology.

The ideal candidate will drive transformation adoption, organizational alignment, and execution effectiveness by establishing a clear transformation agenda, enabling consistent adoption of enterprise initiatives, and coordinating cross-organizational efforts to achieve strategic business outcomes.

In this role you will:

• Support the execution of the COO Technology transformation strategy and roadmap, translating executive priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional transformation efforts across Product, Engineering, Workforce, AI, and Operating Model initiatives while managing dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Establish governance, prioritization, and reporting frameworks that drive transparency, accountability, and execution excellence.
• Provide strategic leadership across enterprise transformation initiatives, translating executive priorities—including workforce modernization, AI adoption, and operating model evolution—into an integrated roadmap, measurable business outcomes, and clear executive accountability.
• Lead executive reviews, transformation forums, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress against key objectives.
• Drive adoption of new operating models, ways of working, and organizational practices through change management, enablement, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Develop executive communications, presentations, and transformation updates that clearly articulate priorities, progress, and business impact.
• Facilitate alignment, collaboration, and best-practice sharing across Transformation Leaders and technology organizations.
• Identify organizational inefficiencies, operating model challenges, and execution gaps, recommending improvements that enhance decision-making, accountability, agility, and performance.
• Establish and track transformation success metrics, continuously refining transformation capabilities, frameworks, and operating practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 7+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, organizational change, product operating models, management consulting, program leadership, or related disciplines.

• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives across complex organizations.
• Experience developing executive communications, strategic presentations, and leadership materials.
• Strong understanding of operating model design, organizational effectiveness, governance, and change management.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and leadership forums.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
• Experience supporting product-centric operating model transformation.
• Experience with workforce modernization and AI-enabled organizational transformation.
• Experience building transformation roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• Experience leading organizational change and adoption programs.
• Knowledge of agile, product management, engineering transformation, and value realization practices.
• Experience working directly with senior technology executives and leadership teams.
