Invenergy follows a hybrid schedule, working in office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays if work permits.

Required Qualifications
•    5–10+ years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise endpoint management.
•    Advanced expertise with Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and/or Jamf.
•    Strong understanding of identity and access management (AD, Azure AD, Conditional Access).
•    Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security tools.
•    Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and resolve complex issues.
•    Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
•    Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed; participation in on-call rotation required.
•    Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
•    Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience with modern device management and zero touch deployment strategies.
•    Background supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or other DaaS platforms.
•    PowerShell scripting for automation.
•    Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
•    Experience coaching or mentoring team members.

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
