Job Summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to define the buyer journeys, develop campaign strategies, and create integrated marketing plans that communicate and demonstrate the value of a growing product portfolio. This role is responsible for orchestrating integrated, cross‑channel marketing campaigns from initial planning through to execution and performance analysis for a defined portion of out product and solution portfolio. This involves ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on message, and consistently across channels to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue impact.

As a systems thinker who operates effectively at scale, the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager brings deep knowledge of campaign tactics and buying journeys, leverages AI tools to enhance speed and quality, and partners closely with cross‑functional teams—including Product Marketing, Content, Design, Performance Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement—to bring campaigns to life with excellence.

Why this Role Matters: Campaigns bring Acrisure’s innovation solutions to market to build awareness and generate demand to drive revenue growth. This role defines the strategy, builds buyer journeys, and executes programs that deliver leads and grow pipeline.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop integrated, cross‑channel campaign strategies that align to business priorities and buyer journeys.
  • Translate business objectives into clear campaign strategies, measurable marketing goals, and performance plans.
  • Define target audiences, customer needs, campaign narratives, content requirements, and success metrics.
  • Build campaign plans, timelines, and briefs that guide execution across content, creative, digital, performance marketing, and field teams, ensuring marketing programs are designed around the customer journey and not individual channels or tactics.

Campaign Orchestration & Execution

  • Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring deliverables stay on schedule, maintain message consistency, and meet quality standards across all channels.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, workflows, approvals, and launch readiness in partnership with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Manage launch checklists, ensuring all dependencies, content, and enablement materials are complete.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the operational hub connecting Product Marketing, Content, Design, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement to bring campaigns to market.
  • Translate campaign briefs and messaging into clear requirements for content, creative, and digital activation teams.

Systems Thinking & Process Excellence

  • Build and optimize repeatable campaign processes that support scale and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance channel integration, and improve buyer‑journey alignment.

AI‑Enabled Marketing

  • Act as an AI power user, leveraging AI tools to accelerate campaign development, enhance creative production, and improve performance insights.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Deliver campaign performance reports that analyze effectiveness across channels and provide actionable insights to refine future campaigns.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and pipeline reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing integrated, cross‑channel campaigns in B2B or multi-solution environments.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing tactics, full‑funnel buying journeys, and digital activation channels.
  • Systems thinker with the ability to build scalable, repeatable processes.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate campaign development, content creation, or analytics.
  • Skilled collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across Product Marketing, Content, Design, Performance Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Builder-mentality, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to adjust quickly and create structure where none exists.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Campaigns, Growth Marketing or related roles within complex B2B or multi-product environments.
  • Experience building or scaling campaign capabilities in high-growth organizations.
  • Background in fintech, insurance, financial services, SaaS, enterprise software, or other complex services industries is a plus but not required.
