About this Senior HR Manager - Hybrid role at Twoconnect
The Senior HR Manager leads the organisation's People & Culture (HR) function, ensuring effective delivery of human resource strategies, programs and operations. The role provides leadership across employee relations & engagement, compensation & benefits, performance management, compliance, team management, stakeholder management and HR governance while partnering with business leaders to support organizational objectives.
Strategic Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and people programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and department heads on people-related matters.
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor and develop the People & Culture (HR) team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Establish clear departmental goals, priorities and performance expectations.
- Monitor P&C service delivery standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration within the P&C function.
Employee Relations, Engagement and Performance Management
- Guide employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievances and workplace investigations.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and monitor engagement outcomes to support employee satisfaction, retention and organizational culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews, coaching and development planning.
- Support leaders in addressing performance and conduct issues effectively.
HR Operations
- Lead the administration of HR operations, ensuring accurate and efficient processes, adherence to service level agreements, effective P&C Inbox management, efficient HR ticket management and resolution through Hubspot, robust 201 files and DCMS records management and timely reporting.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience, timely completion of employment documentation, HRIS access, exit clearances and final pay/separation requirements.
Staff Learning and Development
- Lead staff and leadership training and development
- Identify organizational capability gaps and implement appropriate development programs.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Oversee HR audits, investigations and risk management activities.
- Maintain HR governance standards and ISO documentation requirements.
- Serve as the key HR representative during regulatory inspections, audits and employment-related matters.
Stakeholder Management
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce challenges and opportunities.
- Partner with the Service & Delivery and Performance & Development teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns and employee-related matters involving allocated personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or management role.
- Required experience leading HR functions within a BPO, RPO, offshoring, MSP, or similar outsourced services environment.
- Proven experience managing teams and overseeing multiple HR functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership, people management, stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, leadership, clients and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with experience using HR systems, data and reporting to support business decisions.
- Postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
