As TJX Australia continues to expand, we are excited to welcome a dynamic HR Advisor (known internally as Business Partner) to support our thriving teams. With over 90+ stores and a strong presence across the country, we are seeking an experienced HR professional ready to embrace this exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Your Role and Impact

• Relationship Building: You’ll be supporting your client group with employment matters related to the breadth of the employment lifecycle, therefore build strong relationships across the business, particularly within your client group and their supporting functions, is vital for success. These relationships will help you partner and successful align the needs of our people with organisational goals. 
• Empower: Provide expert tactical support and strategic guidance, delivering innovative solutions to advance our HR strategy.
• Collaborate: Thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, navigating challenges with adaptability, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Initiatives: Working alongside the broader HR team and your respective client group, you’ll actively collaborate with key partners to drive and implement people strategies that enhance our talent pipeline, employment brand and employee value proposition (EVP).
• Support Culture: Manage employee relations with care and professionalism, fostering a culture of honesty, humility, trust and respect.
• Ensure Accuracy: Support in the management of HR administration tasks such as leave policies, absenteeism, and data management with precision.

Experience and Skills

• Comprehensive HR Expertise: A strong background in generalist HR roles, with proven ability to successful support client groups across the breadth of the employment lifecycle.
• Agility and Teamwork: Paradox is reality at TJX, and so we like to think in the grey. Therefore a flexible, collaborative approach to addressing challenges and driving results is key.
