Build efficient and easy-to-use web products used by thousands of users working for the world’s most premium publishers, advertisers, and agencies.

Rich and diverse tech stack and system architecture to optimize for performance, scalability, resiliency, and cost efficiency. We use mostly Scala and TypeScript, among others.

Working in a very high-traffic environment (2.2 billion users per month, 100 billion events per day) with low latency and high availability constraints (2 million requests per second, responses in less than 150 milliseconds).

Management of large datasets with milliseconds order of magnitude access time, to compute in a near real-time complex auction resolution algorithm (18 million predictions per second).

A fast-changing environment where we continuously collaborate with Product teams and constantly adapt our Cloud infrastructure for new features and Products.

About the Opportunity & Team
Join our Global Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team, a dynamic and highly influential function operating across Israel and Paris, reporting directly to the GRC Director.
.As our organization continues to evolve following a major merger and global expansion, the GRC team plays a pivotal role in shaping how we manage risk, strengthen security, and navigate complex regulatory requirements.
This is far more than a traditional compliance role. Our team operates at the intersection of technology, security, business, and governance, with broad visibility across the organization and a meaningful voice in critical business and technology decisions.
You will work closely with key stakeholders, technical leaders, Internal auditor, Legal, Security, and business teams, contributing to strategic discussions, influencing decisions, and helping turn complex challenges into practical, business-enabling solutions.

About the Role
As a Senior GRC Analyst, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our security, risk, and compliance practices across a global, fast-evolving organization. You’ll take ownership of meaningful initiatives, from supporting external audits and conducting risk assessments to evaluating new technologies and improving compliance processes. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help turn complex requirements into practical solutions, enabling innovation while maintaining strong security and compliance standards. What will you do?
GRC Frameworks & Compliance

Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC frameworks, policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Assist in ensuring alignment with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal compliance requirements.

Review existing processes and controls, identify compliance gaps, and recommend practical improvements.

Support the implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements across business and technical teams.
Risk Management & Assessments
-
Perform risk assessments covering internal processes, infrastructure, applications, and third-party vendors.

Assess security, privacy, and compliance risks associated with new tools, systems, and technologies.
-
Identify control weaknesses and potential risks, document findings, and work with relevant stakeholders on mitigation activities.

Follow up on remediation plans and track identified risks through resolution.
Audit & Compliance Support

Support internal and external audits, including SOX ITGC, ISO 27001/27017/27032, TISAX, SOC 1, and other applicable frameworks.

Assist with audit preparation, evidence collection, documentation reviews, and control testing.

Work closely with auditors and internal control owners to address audit requests and clarify compliance requirements.

Track audit findings, follow up on remediation activities, and support ongoing audit readiness.

Perform periodic compliance reviews to verify that controls are implemented and operating effectively.
Customer Assurance & Regulatory Compliance

Prepare responses to customer security and compliance questionnaires.

Support customer due diligence requests, security assessments, and customer audits.

Collect and validate supporting documentation for customer and regulatory compliance requests.

Assist in reviewing regulatory requirements and assessing their impact on internal processes and controls.

Work with Legal, Security, IT, and business stakeholders to address regulatory and compliance-related matters.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with IT, Security, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and business teams on GRC-related activities.

Provide practical guidance to stakeholders regarding security controls, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation.

Support the translation of regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable operational and technical tasks.

Maintain accurate documentation, track open action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
What will you bring to the team?

Core Experience: Demonstrated senior-level experience operating in a GRC capacity within a fast-paced, publicly traded, or large enterprise environment.

Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of IT/R&D Operations processes, global compliance regulations, and corporate governance frameworks.

External Audit & Regulatory Engagement: Proven ability to confidently represent and defend the company's compliance posture, risk management practices, and security controls before external auditors, regulators, and certification bodies. Ability to challenge findings when justified, provide well-supported explanations, and effectively negotiate practical remediation approaches.

Communication & Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security and compliance requirements into clear, actionable business expectations. Skilled at explaining the rationale, importance, and risks behind requirements, driving understanding, alignment, and accountability across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Business Enablement & Risk-Based Thinking: Strong business-oriented mindset, acting as a trusted advisor and enabler rather than a blocker. Ability to balance business objectives, operational efficiency, and innovation with necessary security and compliance requirements, identifying pragmatic solutions without compromising critical controls.

Proactivity & Ownership: Highly proactive, solution-oriented professional with the confidence to challenge decisions, influence stakeholders, and independently drive compliance initiatives to completion.
