Silgan Containers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Pricing to join our team in Brookfield, WI. This role combines pricing review, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, budgeting, accounting, and financial modeling to support our stable and growing manufacturing organization.

What You Will Do

• Support the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing with periodic sales volume insights, assessments, and reporting
• Collaborate with department managers and executives on critical initiatives
• Prepare monthly P&L forecasts and annual budgets for assigned accounts
• Administer customer pricing and sales allowances for significant accounts
• Prepare, record, issue, and reconcile contractual sales allowances and credits
• Conduct ad hoc financial studies to support Senior Management and Sales
• Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Business
• Five or more years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong proficiency in business, technology, and finance
• Strong problem-solving and financial skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including financial modeling and advanced Excel modeling
• Microsoft Access database management and Visual Basic (VBA) coding experience is a plus
