About the Team

We exist to improve Marketing leaders’ understanding and decision-making on how to profitably grow the business. Our North Star is to increase pipeline generation by measuring key marketing and financial metrics, inferring actionable insights, catalyzing strategic investment decisions and accelerating operational efficiency across Marketing and Finance.

Our team operates at the intersection of strategy, finance, and marketing execution - partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Brand & Creative, Strategic Events, Product Marketing and leadership to ensure that marketing investments are efficient, effective and aligned to Snowflake’s growth priorities.

About the Role

As a strategic finance partner to Snowflake’s Growth Marketing organization, you will own planning, forecasting and performance analyses across a global portfolio of marketing programs, campaigns, and events, and help leaders decide where to invest to drive pipeline and consumption growth. We are looking for a rigorous and driven senior analyst who can work autonomously, bring structure to ambiguous business questions, and influence decisions with clear financial recommendations. You will build trusted relationships with senior marketing leaders, influence decisions with clear financial insights and leverage Snowflake’s own platform to scale existing processes, increase productivity, and sharpen focus on high-impact strategic work.

What You Will Do

This role will support recurring reporting, own budgeting variance analyses, and help translate data into actionable, clear insights for Marketing stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners, developing the skills to navigate ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously improve processes. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with strong analytical curiosity who wants to strengthen their strategic finance acumen.

What You Will Need

• 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting, including at least 2 years supporting a GTM organization; ideally at a Saas or consumption-based company.

• Strong command of funnel metrics and how investments drives pipeline, bookings and consumption

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels

• Proven advanced ability in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis to support strategic decision making

• Strong sense of accountability with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to learning, improving, and driving work forward

• AI-first mindset, with track record of using automation or AI to scale reporting and analyses

• Bachelor’s Degree: in Finance, Data Science, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
