- Ownership & Accountability, together. We embody a culture of extreme ownership, accountability, and teamwork. We count on every team member to take responsibility for their work, embrace a proactive mindset to overcome challenges, and work together to achieve our collective success.
A look into the day to day:
- Partner with Field Engineering and customer-facing technical teams to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Own capacity planning, resource allocation, performance reporting, and customer lifecycle tracking.
- Identify operational gaps and build better systems, processes, and automations to help teams work more effectively.
We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented operations professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex, customer-facing technical organizations. You're comfortable working independently, partnering with senior stakeholders, and translating broad business priorities into practical processes and measurable outcomes. You think in systems, are naturally curious, and can move between strategic planning and hands-on execution without needing someone to map out every step.
Field Engineering Operations at Bask Health is AI-first and customer-obsessed. Work starts in an LLM to clarify intent and context, moves into operational planning, data analysis, and process improvement, is validated against real team performance and customer outcomes, and is continuously refined as we learn. AI and self-serve research are default parts of the workflow, not side experiments.
We are looking for someone who takes full ownership of operational processes and insights, treats AI as a real collaborator, and cares deeply about helping customer-facing teams deliver an exceptional experience while operating efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Work AI-first: Use AI and automation to analyze operational challenges, improve workflows, and reduce repetitive manual work.
- Build and maintain the operational processes and systems that support Field Engineering and customer-facing technical teams.
- Partner with technical and GTM leadership on capacity planning, territory alignment, resource allocation, and performance measurement.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and health scoring models that provide visibility into team performance and customer outcomes.
- Improve the transition from pre-sales to post-sales, including technical win tracking, onboarding progress, go-live milestones, and customer adoption.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to execute operational initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal tooling, introduce automation, and share effective AI-native workflows.
In This Job, You Will:
- Own the day-to-day operational planning and reporting processes for Field Engineering.
- Build capacity models to understand team workloads, coverage needs, resource allocation, and future hiring requirements.
- Support territory planning and account assignment in partnership with Sales and GTM teams.
- Establish clear metrics and dashboards to measure team performance, account engagement, onboarding progress, and customer outcomes.
- Track the customer journey from technical sales engagement through onboarding and go-live, identifying opportunities to improve time-to-value.
- Develop processes that improve visibility into customer adoption, implementation progress, and potential account risks.
- Maintain and improve Salesforce data, workflows, reporting, and integrations to support operational needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable plans and follow through on execution.
- Use data and analysis to make recommendations and measure the impact of operational improvements.
- Find comfort in working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Believe no task is too small and no task is too tall.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and reporting, including custom objects, flows, and integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
- Comfortable independently owning projects and driving execution without direct reports.
