About this Senior Event Coordinator role at LuxExperience
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the planning and execution of high-touch client events and experiences across the US, with a primary focus on key luxury markets.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venues, vendors, catering, transportation, gifting, production and on-site execution.
- Partner closely with the Events Manager, Personal Shopping, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure events support client engagement and commercial objectives.
- Manage event timelines, guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and event communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, venues and partners.
- Support event budgets, track expenses and process invoices while ensuring events remain within approved budgets.
- Provide hands-on, on-site support before, during and after events to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
- Assist with VIP and EIP client experiences, ensuring every detail reflects Mytheresa's luxury service standards.
- Track event results, guest attendance and feedback and support post-event reporting.
- Stay informed on luxury, fashion, hospitality and cultural trends across key West Coast markets.
- Travel as required to support events and client experiences.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3–5+ years of experience in events, luxury hospitality, fashion, retail, marketing or a related field.
- Experience coordinating premium or luxury events and client experiences strongly preferred.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with high-profile clients, senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented and able to remain composed in a fast-paced event environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury service and the expectations of high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with event management or CRM platforms is a plus. Should we change this to Google suite?
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the event calendar.
- Ability to travel throughout the West Coast and occasionally to other U.S. markets.
- Must be available to work out of the NYC office, but travel regularly for event needs.
