About this Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager, ABM role at Rogo

Rogo · Onsite · New York City

Why Rogo

Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them.

This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.

The Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager with sharp editorial instincts, great taste, and a knack for finding the story. You’ll help make Rogo synonymous with AI for Finance through original research, thoughtful perspectives, and stories that give bankers, investors, and finance leaders something worth reading – and sharing.

You’ll work closely with our in-house analysts, finance experts, and leadership team to turn deep expertise into clear, distinctive content. That means asking good questions, finding unexpected angles, and knowing when an idea needs more work, not just a better headline.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the craft of writing and wants to help build an editorial voice people recognize and trust.

What You’ll Do

  • Create content worth seeking out. Write and edit thought leadership, research reports, blog posts, product stories, and social content with a clear point of view and something useful to say.

  • Turn expertise into compelling stories. Partner with Rogo’s analysts and finance experts to draw out their insights, sharpen their arguments, and bring their perspectives to a broader audience.

  • Find the interesting angle. Develop original stories about AI and finance, grounded in research, conversations, and what’s actually changing in our customers’ work.

  • Help our leaders find their voice. Draft executive bylines, perspectives, and speaking content that reflect their expertise and sound like them.

  • Take ideas through to publication. Manage assignments, deadlines, and reviews, partnering with Design and other teams to make the finished work as strong as the idea.

  • Protect the editorial bar. Hold every piece to a high standard for accuracy, clarity, voice, and craft. Use AI to accelerate the work without outsourcing your judgment.

  • Learn what resonates. Track how content reaches and engages the right audiences, contributes to commercial conversations, and informs what we make next.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or journalism, ideally in financial services, fintech, B2B SaaS, or AI.

  • A portfolio with a clear voice, original thinking, and strong writing for a discerning audience.

  • Experience interviewing analysts, executives, or subject matter experts and turning complex ideas into clear, compelling stories.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, strong research habits, and close attention to facts and detail.

  • The ability to take a piece from an early idea to publication, balancing multiple projects without losing the thread.

  • Genuine curiosity about finance, markets, and AI—and a willingness to go deep enough to ask better questions.

Experience writing for financial professionals or developing executive thought leadership is a strong plus.

Who You Are

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.

  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?

  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.

  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.

  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.

  • Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.

  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
