工作职责: 
1，开发低噪音高性能长寿命齿轮箱产品，主要用于汽车，家电以及工业品行业。 
2，改善齿轮传动的噪音与振动问题，提出解决方案并且加以验证； 
3，负责齿轮箱设计相关技术文件的编制，标准制定； 
4，参与样件的试制、试验过程，解决过程中出现的设计问题； 
5，团队管理工作，促使团队绩效达成。

任职资格:
1，硕士及以上学历，机械传动研究方向；
2，十年以上齿轮设计经验，熟练掌握行星齿轮、平行齿轮、蜗杆/斜齿轮传动设计；
3，熟悉齿轮加工工艺，精通公差设计/零件尺寸链的设计验算；
4，能熟练运用有限元（ANSYS, ROMAX, KISSSOFT）进行齿轮箱的系统设计和性能分析；
5，熟悉齿轮用五金材料与塑胶材料的特性；
6，具有良好的工作责任心以及团队领导，沟通协作能力；
7，有小模数齿轮设计和制造经验优先；
8，英文口语流利，可以作为工作语言优先。
