- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field, with relevant industry experience; advanced degrees are valued.
- Experience in product development, process development, laboratory environments, or manufacturing support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on approach to experimentation, prototype preparation, and process improvement.
- Experience with DOE, statistical analysis, or structured problem-solving methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced development environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional organization.
- Curiosity, learning agility, and a passion for developing innovative technical solutions.
Your success will be measured by:
- Delivery of product and process development milestones on schedule.
- Quality and effectiveness of technical solutions, experimental execution, and engineering recommendations.
- Development of robust and manufacturable assembly and cleaning processes.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Continuous growth in technical expertise and contribution to innovation initiatives.
