As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs, Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments.

We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)

Senior Discipline Engineer (Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, utilities, etc.)

Role Overview
Provide senior-level discipline supervision and technical support, ensuring that the Contractor's works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor Contractor activities within the assigned discipline.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs.
• Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with approved requirements.
• Identify technical issues, discrepancies, and non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve interfaces and technical issues.
• Monitor progress and quality of discipline-related works.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities.
• Prepare technical reports and provide updates to the Lead Engineer

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with major construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant engineering standards and construction practices.
• Professional engineering registration/accreditation where applicable.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration
