As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs, Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments.

We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)

Engineer – Discipline ((Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, utilities, etc.))

Role Overview
Support the supervision of discipline-specific construction activities, ensuring that the Contractor's works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect Contractor works within the assigned discipline.
• Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and RFIs.
• Verify materials and completed works against approved requirements.
• Identify and report non-conformances, defects, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with the Contractor and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Senior/Lead Engineer.
• Maintain inspection records and support project documentation.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in consultancy field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of relevant codes, standards, drawings, and specifications.
• Professional engineering registration/accreditation where applicable.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration
