As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs, Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments.

We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)

Lead Engineer – (Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, utilities, etc.)

Role Overview
Lead the discipline-specific supervision activities and provide technical leadership to the supervision team, ensuring that the Contractor's works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the discipline supervision team.
• Review Contractor's drawings, technical submittals, method statements, RFIs, and material submissions.
• Supervise and verify Contractor's works for compliance with approved documents and specifications.
• Coordinate discipline interfaces with other engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and identify technical issues, risks, and deviations.
• Review and support resolution of technical queries and site issues.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper close-out of observations and NCRs.
• Provide technical input to progress meetings and project reports.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in major construction/infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years Previous experience in a Lead Engineer / Senior Lead Engineer or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, specifications, and construction practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

·       Professional engineering registration/accreditation where applicable.

·       Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration

Preferred Certifications

• PMP®
• RIBA,RIAI or recognized Equivalent
