About this Senior Director - EMEA Enterprise Business Development role at CoreWeave Europe
About the Role
The Senior Director, Enterprise Business Development – EMEA will report to the Vice President and Managing Director, EMEA and lead the strategy and execution model for CoreWeave’s Enterprise business across the region.
This is a business development and strategy leadership role that works through CoreWeave’s field organisation. Country sales teams will retain account ownership, opportunity management and revenue responsibility, while you define the Enterprise strategy, customer propositions, industry points of view, sales plays and adoption mechanisms that enable them to win and grow strategic Enterprise customers.
You will work closely with Field Sales, Product, Field Engineering, Product and Field Marketing, partners and customers to build a differentiated Enterprise narrative and translate it into repeatable field execution. You will also build and lead a team of Enterprise Business Development Managers aligned to priority vertical industries, bringing deep expertise in how AI will reshape those sectors.
In This Role, You Will
- Define and execute CoreWeave’s EMEA Enterprise business development strategy in partnership with regional and country sales leadership.
- Establish CoreWeave’s Enterprise point of view, including Enterprise architecture, market segmentation, AI wallet distribution, buying centres, workload evolution and competitive positioning.
- Define how CoreWeave participates in the Enterprise AI transformation journey, from initial AI initiatives through production adoption, operationalisation and scaled Enterprise Intelligence.
- Develop the narrative for how CoreWeave enables customers to operate their AI Learning Loops, positioning the platform as the infrastructure, software and operational foundation through which organisations continuously build, deploy, learn and improve.
- Build a systematic view of Enterprise AI adoption across EMEA, including where investment is occurring, which workloads are moving into production, how budgets are shifting and where CoreWeave can gain market share.
- Define Enterprise segmentation and prioritisation models that help field teams identify the customers, industries, workloads and buying centres with the greatest strategic and commercial potential.
- Develop CoreWeave’s Enterprise sales plays, including target customer profiles, business triggers, technical use cases, executive value propositions, competitive positioning and expansion motions.
- Own the development of Enterprise sales content, executive narratives, pitch decks and field assets in partnership with Field and Product Marketing.
- Build a repeatable Enterprise adoption methodology that helps customers progress from initial workload evaluation through production deployment, scaled consumption and broader platform adoption.
- Develop programmes that enable customers to adopt CoreWeave as a strategic component of their AI architecture rather than as a point solution for individual workloads.
- Partner with Product leadership to ensure CoreWeave’s Enterprise strategy reflects product capabilities, roadmap direction and the requirements of large-scale Enterprise customers.
- Translate customer and market insight into clear recommendations for product investment, developer experience, security, governance, observability, integration and Enterprise platform capabilities.
- Work closely with Field Engineering to define Enterprise adoption strategies using Forward Deployed Engineers, specialist technical resources and services.
- Build repeatable engagement models that combine business, technical and operational resources around the most important Enterprise transformation opportunities.
- Partner with Field Sales leaders to translate Enterprise strategy into country and account-level execution, ensuring sellers understand where to focus, what to lead with and how to progress customers through the adoption journey.
- Work with partners to build joint Enterprise propositions, solution patterns and routes to market that accelerate customer adoption and extend CoreWeave’s reach.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic Enterprise customers, technology partners and ecosystem leaders.
- Act as an executive sponsor for strategically important Enterprise transformation opportunities.
- Build and maintain an active graph of Enterprise AI adoption across the region, mapping customers, industries, workloads, AI investment, architecture choices, partners, competitors and stages of maturity.
- Build, lead and develop a team of Enterprise Business Development Managers aligned to priority industry segments.
- Ensure each industry leader develops a differentiated view of how AI will reshape their sector, including priority use cases, economic impact, data and infrastructure requirements, buying centres, barriers to adoption and relevant ecosystem partners.
- Establish a rigorous operating cadence and scorecard covering market penetration, Enterprise adoption, field execution, pipeline influence, consumption, revenue performance and market share.
- Represent CoreWeave’s Enterprise narrative externally with customers, partners, industry bodies, analysts, media and at major industry events.

- Develop CoreWeave’s Enterprise architecture and AI transformation points of view.
- Define the Enterprise AI Learning Loop narrative and articulate how CoreWeave becomes the ways and means through which customers operate and scale those loops.
- Build the initial Enterprise sales plays, executive narratives, sales content and pitch materials required by field teams.
- Develop and launch a repeatable Enterprise adoption methodology covering evaluation, production deployment, expansion and scaled adoption.
- Define the engagement model for Forward Deployed Engineers, Field Engineering and services within strategic Enterprise opportunities.
- Build and maintain the first regional Enterprise AI adoption graph, identifying market penetration, wallet distribution, major workloads, competitive positions and whitespace.
- Establish the vertical industry strategy and determine the first priority industry segments.
- Hire and onboard the initial Enterprise Business Development Managers aligned to those industries.
- Build executive relationships with an initial set of strategic Enterprise customers and partners.

Wondering If You’re a Good Fit?
We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring different experiences, even if they do not meet every requirement.

- You can move comfortably between a CIO, a product leader, a field seller, an engineer and an industry executive.
- You influence through clarity, credibility and conviction rather than positional authority.
- You understand that great strategy only matters if the field can execute it consistently.
- You are a confident spokesperson who can represent CoreWeave’s Enterprise narrative in executive meetings, on stage and with the media.
- You are motivated by building a category and changing how Enterprises think about AI infrastructure, not simply competing for individual transactions.
