  • Design and continuously improve the CLT cadence, agendas, pre-reads, decision forums, action tracking, and follow-through.

  • Ensure leadership time is focused on the most important cross-functional, cross-geography, and enterprise topics.

  • Partner with topic owners to frame decisions clearly, including the recommendation, input required, decision owner, and desired outcome.

  • Capture decisions, actions, owners, and timing; ensure accountability through closure.

  • Strengthen alignment and collaboration across Commercialization leaders, regions, functions, and communities.

  • Significant experience in strategic operations, chief of staff, business operations, program leadership, commercial strategy, or top-tier consulting supporting senior executives

  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, leading without authority in a complex, fast-growing, network of empowered teams organization.

  • Ideally at least 5 years of Project Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment.

  • Deep understanding of the US market with at least 10 years of Biopharma commercialization experience, preferred.

  • Strong business understanding and prioritization judgment - able to tell what truly needs CCO/CLT attention and what should be decided closer to the work.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to shape executive-ready narratives, pre-reads, Board materials, and leadership communications.

  • Strong facilitation and meeting-design skills, with a track record of making senior leaders’ time more productive and driving discussions to clear actions.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operating rhythm, leadership agendas, decision forums, and follow-through mechanisms.

  • Strong organizational navigation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence without relying on hierarchy.
