The Role 

Sitting within LiveScore Media’s Acquisition team, this role focuses driving user growth and supporting commercial revenue across key markets. You will manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, with a primary focus on driving app downloads. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will turn growth plans into measurable campaigns that engage sports fans.

This position gives you the opportunity to test new channels and acquisition tactics aswe strengthen our global footprint. Adapting platform algorithm changes and tailoring campaigns to distinct local audiences represent the core challenges of the role. Success is evaluated through achieving acquisition volume and CPA/ROAS targets, while ensuring efficient budget allocation and continuous improvement in campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and optimise performance marketing campaigns across app marketing, paid social, and display channels to drive user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to produce, review, and deliver marketing assets that align with brand standards and drive conversions.
  • Track and allocate digital marketing budgets across channels to meet commercial acquisition targets while maintaining spend efficiency.
  • Set up and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across creative assets, messaging, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyse campaign data and conversion funnels to share clear, actionable performance reports with team leads and key stakeholders.
  • Handle routine campaign financial administration, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices with internal finance teams.
  • Ensure all digital advertising campaigns strictly comply with applicable industry regulations, territorial licensing guidelines, and age verification standards.
  • Work collaboratively with external media partners, ad platforms, and creative agencies to coordinate campaign launches smoothly.
  • Test and evaluate emerging digital marketing channels and audience targeting methods to support ongoing user growth.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience 

  • Experience running and optimising paid acquisition campaigns across mobile app marketing, paid social, or display channels.
  • Experience managing digital media spend against agreed CPA and ROAS performance targets.
  • Practical understanding of conversion tracking mechanics, attribution models, and event mapping.
  • Clear understanding of digital marketing measurement and attribution methodologies, including conversion tracking and the ability to interpret campaign performance data. Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) is highly desirable.
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of campaign deliverables and manage project timelines independently.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • A proactive, curious and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn new platforms, embrace AI-powered tools, explore emerging technologies and continuously develop digital marketing expertise.
