MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Influence and deliver the plan, execute, and optimise to ladder up to commercial targets and marketing KPIs
• Drive pipeline, lead generation and conversion across digital channels
• Develop robust marketing and commercial performance reporting to report ROI at a source, campaign level
• Recommend, develop and execute data-driven acquisition and optimisation strategies
• Improve conversion rates, CPA and ROI
• Own website roadmap, backlog and performance
• Lead UX/UI improvements to drive engagement and conversion
• Optimise key customer journeys aligned to commercial goals
• Define and deliver testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate)
• Lead Martech platform  implementation and optimisation and support integration development
• Own tracking, tagging, attribution and performance measurement
• Partner with Insights to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Own technical SEO and site performance
• Partner on content optimisation to improve organic growth
• Support the delivery of any marketing campaigns via Digital, in Direct, NAB or Partner Distribution channels
• Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Technology and Insights
• Operate with rigour, measure delivery and work within delivery frameworks and timelines
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Experience

• Experienced Digital Platform and Marketing Experience with +5 years experience​
• Advanced data, analytics and decision making​
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills ​

Capabilities

• Roadmap execution​
• Digital product and marketing management​
• Website, Martech and digital platform experience (CMS, CRM, analytics, experimentation)​
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills​
• Customer acquisition and onboarding ​
• Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes​
• Platform integration, Salesforce + Adobe Stack​
• Coding – HTML, CSS, Javascript and use of AI tools​
• Java, Sling and OSGi to build components from scratch when required​

• Adobe Journey Optimiser
• Adobe Experience Manager
• Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console
• Salesforce
• Events hub etc.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor of Marketing or equivalent practical experience
