What You Will Do:
As a Senior Consultant in our Federal Health Segment, you will support a Federal Agency by developing and maintaining technology-enabled solutions that improve budget, acquisition, financial, and administrative operations. In this role, you will work closely with federal stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze existing processes, and design automation, reporting, and workflow solutions that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and support informed decision-making.

A significant portion of this role will focus on implementing and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) and other technology solutions that enhance financial, acquisition, and administrative processes. You will combine business analysis, process improvement, data analytics, and technical solution development to support the agency's continued modernization and operational efficiency. Specific Responsibilities will include:

·       Implement, maintain, and enhance RPA solutions that support financial, acquisition, and administrative business processes.

·       Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, process simplification, and improved data quality.

·       Gather business and technical requirements from federal stakeholders and translate those requirements into functional solutions.

·       Develop low-code solutions and automated workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

·       Build and maintain process automations and bots using RPA platforms such as UiPath.

·       Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Power BI to support operational and management decision-making.

·       Gather, analyze, and present acquisition, budget, financial, and operational data to support federal stakeholders.

·       Support budget execution and related financial operations through automation, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

·       Automate recurring reports, data-quality reviews, administrative activities, and other manual business processes.

·       Develop electronic forms, workflows, reviews, approvals, and other solutions that streamline business operations.

·       Work alongside software developers and technical teams to support solution design, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.

·       Coordinate with federal stakeholders to collect information, document requirements, track action items, and support project objectives.

·       Develop process documentation, requirements, user documentation, briefings, and presentations for client stakeholders and leadership.

·       Support broader modernization initiatives, including the evaluation and incorporation of emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities into business processes, as applicable.

·       Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering high-quality solutions and client work products.

What You Will Need:
We are seeking a motivated business systems professional who combines technical problem-solving with strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills. The ideal candidate can independently evaluate business challenges, work directly with stakeholders to understand their needs, and translate complex financial, acquisition, and administrative requirements into practical technology solutions. Specific qualifications include:

·       Bachelor's degree.

·       At least four (4) years of experience implementing and maintaining RPA software solutions to enhance financial, acquisitions, and administrative processes for stakeholders.

·       Experience developing, implementing, testing, maintaining, or enhancing automated business processes and technology solutions.

·       Experience gathering business requirements and translating operational needs into system, workflow, reporting, or automation requirements.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

·       Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders, communicate technical concepts clearly, gather requirements, and develop solutions responsive to business needs.

·       Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while meeting project requirements, quality expectations, and deadlines.

·       Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts, software developers, technical teams, and subject matter experts.

·       Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

·       Strong writing, editing, documentation, and presentation skills.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust Clearance.

What Would Be Nice To Have:
Candidates with experience applying automation and technology to federal financial management, acquisitions, or administrative operations will be especially well-positioned for success. Experience with low-code development, RPA, business intelligence, systems integration, and federal modernization initiatives is highly desirable.

·       Experience with UiPath or similar RPA technologies.

·       Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

·       Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.

·       Experience supporting federal financial management, budget execution, acquisition modernization, or administrative business processes.

·       Understanding of the annual federal budget formulation and execution process.

·       Experience supporting federal acquisition activities and familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

·       Experience working alongside software developers to gather client requirements, translate requirements into system functionality, test solutions, and support implementation.

·       Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, workflow design, or process improvement.

·       Experience integrating data, systems, or workflows across multiple business applications.

·       Experience with SharePoint administration, management, or development.

·       Experience with Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or similar process documentation and project management tools.

·       Knowledge of data analytics, data-quality management, reporting, and data visualization techniques.

·       Experience supporting technology modernization, business transformation, or digital transformation initiatives within the federal government.

·       Experience with FDA financial, budget, acquisition, or administrative systems and processes.

·       PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management, business analysis, process improvement, or technology certification.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
