We are looking for:  
Senior Cloud Delivery Manager 

Your future role: 

• Leading the successful delivery of cloud-based programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, 
• Developing detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, 
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts, 
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients, 
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth, 
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, 
• Managing client expectations and proactively addressing any issues or concerns, 
• Leading and mentoring a team of project managers, consultants, and technical staff to achieve project objectives, 
• Contributing to the development and execution of the firm's cloud strategy, 
• Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to clients. 

Apply if you have:   

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud delivery management and business development, 
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale complex cloud projects in a consulting environment with multiple stakeholders, 
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms and software engineering (data & AI will be an advantage), 
• Proactively sought new business opportunities by understanding market trends and client needs related to cloud services, 
• Experience in cultivating strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, 
• Expertise in identifying opportunities to offer additional services or solutions to existing clients, maximizing the value of each relationship, 
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase the firm's expertise in cloud services, 
• Presentations and pitches customization skills to align with the specific business and technical requirements of each client, 
• Expertise in leading negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and align with the firm's strategic goals, 
• Proficiency in Business English at B2 level or above, with confidence to write technical documentation e.g., designing documents with support from Project Manager. 

Nice to have:  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred, 
• Cloud certifications, 
• German language proficiency (C1).
