At Hedepy, we believe mental health care should be as easy to reach as a video call. More and more Polish companies agree, and they want to offer therapy to their people. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist who loves building relationships and closing deals that actually matter. You'll help Polish companies bring online therapy to their teams, and every contract you sign means more people getting support when they need it.

You'll join our Polish team as its 4th member and work closely with Adam Radzki, our Head of Sales for Poland. Our B2B crew spans Czechia, Hungary and Poland, and we're big fans of automation and AI agents. Less admin, more time for real conversations.

What your days will look like

• 🎯 Finding new clients: outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach and turning leads into meetings
• 🤝 Running discovery calls, presentations and negotiations with HR and People leaders, operations directors and boards
• 📝 Putting together proposals that fit each client and getting them over the finish line
• 📑 Handling contracts and helping out with RFPs and tenders
• 🤖 Experimenting with AI to make our sales process smarter, and sharing what works with the team

You'll own the whole journey, from the first "hello" to the signed contract. Our clients are Polish companies with 50 to 10,000 employees.

What success looks like

• First 3 months: get to know us, our product and our processes, settle into a rhythm of around 18 client meetings a month, and make AI part of your daily sales toolkit
• Within 6 months: close about 1 new recurring client every month

Requirements

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 5+ years in B2B sales and can show the deals you've closed end to end
• Like to understand before you pitch: you ask good questions and feel at ease with HR directors, operations leaders and boards
• Are great on the phone and in presentations
• Have a warm, genuine presence. People simply enjoy talking to you
• Already use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity every day, and get excited about new ways to work smarter
• Speak Polish natively and English at B2+ level or above (our team is international)

Bonus points if you

• Have sold to HR teams (benefits, wellbeing, EAP or HR tech)
• Have worked in a SaaS company, a startup or a scaleup, ideally an international one
• Have experience with RFPs or public tenders

💡 No mental health background? No problem. We'll teach you everything about wellbeing, therapy and working with HR. What we can't teach is great B2B selling, and that's what you bring.
