RESPONSIBILITIES

· Use advanced SQL to extract, manipulate, validate, and analyze large and complex datasets.

· Provide ROI and performance analysis for marketing initiatives, campaigns, channels, and promotional activities.

· Conduct ad hoc strategic and tactical analyses to support Marketing decision-making.

· Develop business cases and analytical recommendations for new initiatives and investments.

· Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, conversion, retention, and customer journeys.

· Analyze marketing spend and performance across channels.

· Develop and maintain marketing KPIs, dashboards, and recurring reporting.

· Understand data pipelines and transformations sufficiently to identify data quality issues and analytical caveats.

· Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, Product, and Technology teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

· Support experimentation, including A/B testing and measurement of incremental performance.

· Analyze attribution and relationships between marketing activity, customer behavior, and revenue.

· Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

REQUIRED

· 2+ years of relevant analytics or business intelligence experience.

· Strong SQL skills and demonstrated experience querying and analyzing large datasets.

· Experience working with relational databases or cloud data warehouses.

· Strong analytical problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.

· Ability to recognize trends, correlations, anomalies, and data quality issues.

· Strong understanding of marketing and financial concepts.

· Understanding of foundational statistical concepts and analytical methods.

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

· Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to business stakeholders.

· Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or another quantitative/analytical field, or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED

· Experience with online, digital, or direct marketing analytics.

· Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 or similar digital analytics platforms.

· Experience analyzing paid media and marketing channel performance.

· Experience with A/B or multivariate testing.

· Customer behavior, segmentation, journey, or retention analysis.

· Revenue attribution or marketing measurement experience.

· Familiarity with advertising APIs or data from major advertising platforms.

· Experience with BigQuery, MicroStrategy, or Python.

· Advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems or a related field

Physical Requirements:

This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
