  • Collaborate internationally: Partner with global and local teams across marketing, finance, supply chain, medical and regulatory to ensure successful launches and market execution.
  • Maximise marketing investment: Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets and campaign performance, using clear KPIs and ROI to continuously improve results.
  • Make things happen: Prioritise high-impact initiatives, navigate challenges and deliver results in an agile, fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in brand management or brand marketing, ideally within FMCG, consumer healthcare, personal care or another fast-moving consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience developing brand plans, managing budgets and driving brand growth through effective P&L management.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, brand activation and product innovation, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • A consumer-first mindset, with the ability to turn market, shopper and category insights into actionable commercial opportunities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, with the confidence to take ownership, make decisions and deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across local and international teams.
  • Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), strong Microsoft Office skills and an interest in developing AI capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, with a genuine passion for learning, innovation and continuous development.
  • Most importantly, someone who connects with our values: Challenge, Act, Connect and Care.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to create, grow and encourage.
  • Apart from a competitive salary package, there are plenty of growth opportunities to support your personal ambitions.
  • Flexible working schedule and a healthy work-life balance.
  • Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects with a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry.
  • A positive working environment within an international, collaborative and motivated team.
