We are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and highly driven Attorney Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the firm’s attorney talent strategy, partnering with senior leadership and Managing Partners to identify, engage, and recruit exceptional attorneys across the country.

What You'll Do

• Drive national attorney recruiting strategy across designated regions and practice areas, aligning talent acquisition priorities with the firm’s broader growth objectives.
• Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies that consistently identify, engage, and convert high-caliber attorney talent in a highly competitive market.
• Own attorney talent pipelines from initial engagement through hire, developing long-term relationships with attorneys and building a sustainable network of legal talent.
• Partner directly with Managing Partners and senior leadership on critical attorney searches, providing market insight, recruiting strategy, and thoughtful counsel throughout the hiring process.
• Develop a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience, leveraging data, market intelligence, and recruiting analytics to continuously improve outcomes.
• Strengthen Morgan & Morgan’s attorney employer brand and employee value proposition, positioning the firm as a destination for attorneys seeking meaningful work, significant career opportunity, and the resources of a nationally scaled organization.
• Build and cultivate attorney talent communities through proactive networking, industry engagement, relationship development, and creative sourcing initiatives.
• Use data to drive recruiting decisions, identifying trends, measuring pipeline health, evaluating sourcing effectiveness, and increasing hiring velocity and quality.
• Continuously identify opportunities to increase recruiting capacity and throughput, developing scalable processes that support the firm’s continued national growth.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, balancing business needs, market realities, candidate experience, and long-term talent strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of recruiting exceptional attorney talent nationally and at scale within a high-performing, fast-growth environment; professional services experience strongly preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience recruiting attorneys, with experience in Personal Injury, litigation, or another legal environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success increasing hiring capacity and throughput while maintaining a high bar for talent and candidate experience.
• A strategic and creative approach to sourcing, with the ability to identify talent through both traditional and unconventional channels.
• Demonstrated tenacity, resilience, and sound judgment, particularly when navigating complex searches, competing priorities, and challenging stakeholder dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with candidates, Managing Partners, hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate recruiting challenges into scalable solutions within a rapidly growing organization.
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while remaining highly collaborative and accountable.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another modern ATS is a plus.
